Transcripts

Requests for official University of Nebraska Independent Study High School transcripts must be submitted in writing. Please send your requests via:

Any request from a student under 18 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. The students themselves must sign requests if they are 18 or over.

One transcript will be provided at no charge for Independent Study High School diploma students who graduated after 2000. A $5 processing fee is assessed for the first transcript provided for Nebraska diploma students who graduated prior to 2000.

There is a $5 processing fee for each additional copy of a transcript. Payment must accompany the transcript request. There is no charge for students who request their transcript be sent to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln admissions office.

NOTE: The Independent Study High School will provide transcripts upon request by a high school official if a student is seeking to enroll in or is currently enrolled in that school. In these cases, students and parents/ legal guardians do not have to submit a written request.
